1. Franchise:
- Refund is applicable only for Expression of Interest (EOI) submissions.
- Refunds will only be processed if the cancellation request is made before visiting our representative for finalizing the store site or conducting a site visit.
- Once the representative has visited the location, the EOI becomes non-refundable.
2. Product, Machinery, Chemicals:
- Expression of Interest (EOI):
- Refunds are applicable only for EOI submissions.
- Refunds will only be processed if the cancellation request is made before visiting our representative for finalizing the store site or conducting a site visit.
- Once the representative has visited the location, the EOI becomes non-refundable.
- Exchange are applicable only for damaged or defective items.
- You must be inform us just after the receive or delivering the goods and products in case of damage and defective .
- Exchange will be processed upon inspection and approval of the returned items.
- If the item is no longer in stock, a replacement will be offered or a refund will be issued.
- Chemical products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Please ensure that you carefully review your order before completing the purchase of chemicals.

- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation or images.
- Lords of Detailing reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to review this policy periodically for changes.
